San Francisco, Jan 2020 — David Schnur Associates (DSA) this week launched DSA Medical Materials, an online resource for medical device R&D. The platform, within their website and open to the public, will grant medical device engineers access to the growing number of partners who have online stores and digital tools for design and development. 

“We created this resource to provide our clients, engineers and manufacturing operations teams a single place to discover the state-of-the-art materials available to order online through our network,” explains DSA CEO Barry Schnur. “You can see things you need right now, and the things you will need tomorrow but that haven’t crossed your desk yet.”

This online resource, DSA Medical Materials ([link]), is a place where users are able to keep track of the full breadth of materials DSA’s partnership network offers online. 

“The objective is not to be an online independently operated e-commerce store, but to be a tool for our customers to see what our partners offer online. An online presence and digital tools that serve R&D engineers finding the resources and information they need, while empowering them to focus on innovation, not sourcing, is crucial,” explains DSA CEO Barry Schnur, adding, “What’s amazing is that this is version one of the offerings our partnership network has available online. We have barely scratched the surface in the full capabilities DSA supports.”
